CUrrent city projects

Jefferson & 14th Street Sidewalk Improvement Project - LHTAC (CPS) $250,000.00

Pending Design – Phase 3 sidewalk improvements on Jefferson Avenue and 14th Street. 

2nd Street Sidewalk Improvement Project - TAPS (LHTAC) $536,000.00

 Pending Design – sidewalk improvements on 2nd Street SW; Dakota to W. College Avenue. 

Phase 2 Sidewalk Improvement Project - ITD (LHTAC) $527,000.00

 Pending Design – sidewalk improvements on a portion Jefferson Avenue, 9th and 12th Street.

Rural Highway Investment Program - LHTAC (LRHIP) $30,000

Pending – Funds will go towards new regulatory and warning signs. This will begin FY2025. 

Riverdale Wells Source Protection - DEQ (6550) $22,000.00

Pending – Funds will go towards additional protection measurers at the Riverdale Well site. 

Emerging Contaminant Funding - DEQ (DW2519EC) $2,362,000.00

Pending – Funds will go towards planning (to include environmental review), design, and construction to address manganese at the Riverdale Well site.
