Lead Water Line Replacement Project - DEQ $1,000,000

Phase 3 Sewer Project - Army Corp of Engineers $500,000

Paving College and Main Avenue - ITD $1,000,000

Phase 2 Sidewalk Improvement Project - ITD (LHTAC) $488,318

 Pending – sidewalk improvements on a portion Jefferson Avenue, 9th, 12th, and 14th Streets. This will be going out for bid soon. 

Source Protection Grant - DEQ $24,000

In progress – Funds will go towards adding security cameras at the Rochet Creek dam. 

Strategic Initiatives Grant - ITD $73,000

Pending – Funds will go towards chip sealing portions of 13th Street, 14th Street and Coeur d’Alene Avenue. This will start this year. 

Chip Seal - LHTAC (LHRIP) $100,000

Pending – Funds will go towards chip sealing a portion of St. Maries River Road. This will start this year. 

EECBG - OEMR $100,000

Pending – Funds will go towards replacing the electrical contactors and dual-speed motors with frequency drives and single-speed motors at the two existing pump stations in the city. This will hopefully start this year as we are in the process of getting final details complete before going out for bid. 

Phase 3 Sidewalks - LHTAC (TAPS) $500,000

Pending – Funds will go towards sidewalks on a portion of 2nd Street. This will begin FY2025. 

Rural Highway Investment Program - LHTAC (LRHIP) $30,000

Pending – Funds will go towards new regulatory and warning signs. This will begin FY2025.
